JORDAN ALLOTT

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / DIRECTOR / WRITER

Jordan Allott is a documentary filmmaker, founder of In Altum Productions, and a contributor to the Washington Examiner's D.C. Confidential Blog. Jordan has filmed projects in over 35 countries, from China and Syria to Nigeria and Cuba, with themes ranging from international human rights and American politics, to Catholic spirituality. Jordan and IAP have produced a variety of films about persecuted groups, including feature-length documentaries Oscar’s Cuba, about Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet, a Castro dissident and human rights advocate who was imprisoned by the Communist regime and Our Last Stand, which highlights the heroic struggle of Assyrian/Chaldean/Syriac Christians to survive in their ancestral homeland of Syria and Iraq. In 2019, Jordan and IAP filmed Christians in the Mirror, a 70-minute documentary which highlights both the faith and persecution Christians experience in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Sudan, and India. Jordan and his work have been seen on Fox News, EWTN News, CNN International, and Univision and he has co-produced projects with the George W. Bush Institute, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, and the U.S State Department, among many others. Jordan has also written opinion pieces for National Review, the Weekly Standard, and Washington Examiner and he is a 2012 National Review Institute Washington D.C. Fellow. Jordan was born in Reading, England, received a B.A. in Political Science, Philosophy, and Film from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and resides in McLean, Virginia.

Film composer / Original Musical Scores

Eli Bennett is a Leo Award-winning film composer, with his films at the world’s most prestigious film festivals including Festival de Cannes and the Toronto International Film Festival. Eli has composed original scores for a variety of IAP “mini-docs”, as well as IAP’s most recent feature-length documentary, Christians in the Mirror.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Luis studied film directing at the New York Film Academy. Luis’s extensive production experience includes working with IAP for over 12 years.

DANIEL ALLOTT

Writer, Producer

Daniel Allott is an opinion editor at The Hill and author of the reporting project Into Trump's America.  Previously, Daniel worked as the Washington Examiner’s Deputy Commentary Editor.

 

Daniel has written for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Politico, USA Today, National Review and many other publications. He’s a former National Review Institute Washington Fellow. Daniel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Georgetown University’s Public Policy Institute.
